Refunds (if applicable) 

  • First you must send us an email at info@sportcaze.com  with  your ORDER # & Picture of the Case. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to SportCaZe within 30 days. Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us.
  • If you are approved, You have to send us the case back to the address provided in the email we will provide, After we recieve the returned case, and it is in good condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping is non-refundable.
    (Please note that custom cases are non refundable)


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sportcaze.com. 


How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

  • Once we receive  an email notifying us of the return/exchange and have sent us proof of damaged product or wrong product, we will respond your email immediately.
