Is The Design A Sticker ?

  • NO. The design is printed on the case using proprietary inks and UV Printing to provide a beautiful gloss and finish that results in a permanent and scratch resistant image (NOT scratch Proof). 
  • As the name implies, the scratch-resistant coating helps the case resist the scratches and scuff-marks, the coating also helps avoid deep scratches. If you ever use a different brand clear case you would most definitely see the difference.

    It's all about taking good care of your unique case. Myself for instance, use these cases all the time and I have yet to have a problem with them.

Do I Get A Tracking Number?

  • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will have tracking information sent to your email. If you do not receive one, simply email us with your order # and we will send your tracking info over. If your tracking number is "not found" it's because the post office has yet to process your package. Give it 24 hours to update. 

Can I Change My Order?

  • If you entered an incorrect address for your order, let us know so we can try to fix it before sending it out.

 How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

  • 1st Step: We will Design and Print your case on the Next Day of your purchase.

    2nd Step: On the 2nd Day, We will send a Tracking Number to your email that Your Case has been Shipped.

    After it is Delievered at USPS, The time Frame of Shipping is:

Is It Possible That There Are Custom Fees For International Orders?

  • There may be custom fees for international orders. Orders shipped to the UK appear to have a customs fee. We are not responsible for these fees. It is the responsibility of the customer.

What Happens If My Order Never Shows Up?

  • Please contact us in an event that your package doesn't arrive within the allotted time and we will try to resolve the issue. If the item is returned to sender dueto an incorrect address or some other reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us to let us know, in order that we can reship the product. If your order doesn't arrive and you do not contact us, we take no responsibility for items that were lost in the mail/not delivered that we were not notified.
